360 Degree Assessment

We carry out comprehensive assessments (over 2 days, 2-2.5 hours each) to accurately measure parameters pertaining to physical fitness, nutrition, mental aspects, movement mechanics and health.

This helps us identify strengths and areas of improvement. We conclude the comprehensive assessment with a performance planning session to set SMARTER goals for the short and long term.
