Development (LTAD) Program:
The LTAD, endorsed globally, is our flagship program aimed at building a solid foundation for young athletes with regards to health, fitness, awareness and mental aspect of sports. We prioritize developing overall Athletic Ability, inculcating important habits and a healthy balanced approach to sports. Physical Literacy empowers athletes to understand their bodies and training consequences. Our unwavering focus centers on two key elements:
Overall Athletic Ability:
Our primary emphasis at a young age is on overall athletic ability, through age appropriate training including functional movements, posture and correct exercise techniques. This helps an athlete build a strong foundation for achieving peak physical performance in the future.
Self-Awareness, Habits and Decision Making:
We establish foundational habits and processes for young athletes, focusing on instilling scientific routines during their formative years which plays a crucial role in independent decision making. Our guidance covers vital elements:
