•   All packages require a 100% advance payment and are non-transferable.
•   Once purchased, packages cannot be transferred to another person.
•   No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. To maintain a fair and consistent approach, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Timeframe:

 Any cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to your confirmed appointment time.

Session Deduction:

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the confirmed appointment time will be counted as a session from your package.

Exception Policy:

We recognize that emergencies may occur. As a one-time consideration, a maximum of one exception every 4 weeks will be made for cancellations within the 12-hour timeframe due to emergencies at your end.
